It’s very important to stay healthy.
Firstly, we should have the right food. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Don’t overeat.
Secondly, we should get enough sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. We should have eight hours of sleep each day.
Finally, we should do enough exercise. We can play
basketball, swim, dance and so on.
