Want to keep fit, we should have plenty of sleep, eat the fruit and vegetables and drink of water every day, they are good for health.
Want to keep fit, we mustn’t go to school with our breakfast.We must go to bed early and get up early.
Want to keep fit, we must have healthy habits.
