My name is May. I am 11 years old. I often play badminton so I am health. I think my diet is healthy. A healthy diet is important for a student.
I seldom eat sweet snacks like cakes or candies. For breakfast I eat some bread, an egg and some milk. For lunch I eat lots of vegetables and a little meat. Because meat can not give energy. Between meals I eat lots of fruit. My favorite fruits are bananas and oranges. For dinner, I eat some rice and lots of vegetables. I think my diet is healthy.
